Why?
Only to manage your booking (confirmation, reminder, change, cancellation) and reply to your messages. Legal basis: performing your request. No data is sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Bookings are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Contact messages are kept for 12 months.
Recipients
Only The New Break team has access to your data. Technical providers: website hosting and email delivery. The interactive map is provided by Google Maps, which may set cookies when displayed.
Cookies
The website only uses essential technical cookies (session and form security). No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
